Welcome to construction management CMT 3210. This course primarily talks about the role of a construction manager and superintendent on a construction jobsite. Contractual issues and site management practices and issues. The class will be interactive as well as lecture. Student participation and interaction is essential for both successful learning and a passing grade. All assignments will be turned in to WSUonline. Make sure you can use WSUonline. This is a great class. One I enjoy teaching and most students enjoy it as well.
